3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or financial activity for more than 12 months. Contact our support team for details on the policy applicable to inactive accounts.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on 89 bd are currently available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be completed through the mobile number or payment account registered to your account.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 applies to a ৳1,000 bonus.
5.2 Weekly and Regular Promotions
The weekly deposit offer gives a 20% bonus up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. The Friday special reward gives a 50% bonus up to ৳10,000, with an 18x wagering requirement. The minimum deposit for each offer is ৳300.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- If bonus misuse is found, the relevant bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus offers are only usable on the service for which they were issued.
- 89 bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, 89 bd reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
6.2 Displayed Odds and Results
Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Official sources are used to determine results; in the event of any dispute, the decision of 89 bd is final.
6.3 Casino Games
The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). There are no predetermined patterns in game results. Each round is independent and previous results do not affect future results.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using another person's account or payment details.
